"your home should tell the story of who you are, and be a collection of what you love."

Justine was born and raised in Olympia, Washington. She has always been passionate about design, as she was inspired at a young age by her Aunt, who is an interior designer. While in school, Justine worked as a design assistant at a firm that specialized in historic remodeling and Northwest craftsman design. Shortly after graduating with her degree in design, she started working at a kitchen and bath design firm where she truly discovered her love for kitchen and bath design.

Justine loves creating a custom design experience with each and every one of her clients. She strives to make each space as functional as it is beautiful, while implementing the clients personal design style into the space. Justine's favorite pastimes are traveling and trying new foods. She's never happier than when she's spending a long weekend on a boat with friends, family, and wine.

"The details are not the details. They make the design.”

Ashlee was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She loves many aspects of design but found her passion for interiors after enrolling in a local college. After earning a degree in interior design, along with a certificate in kitchen and bath design, Ashlee started working with JMD. She has used her time here to further expand her knowledge and skills in the industry.

Ashlee strives to create functional spaces that are tailored to the client’s lifestyle and aesthetic. She believes that spaces should not only be beautiful but cater to the way we live. In her free time Ashlee loves being outdoors, going out to eat, and spending time with friends and family.

"Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.”

Marcia is a well-rounded designer by training and had a former career in the women’s apparel business. Her eye for design and color is sharpened by her experience producing women’s apparel lines for retail stores. Her personal moves (7 different cities!) led to an interest in space planning and interiors and a certificate in kitchen and bath design that augments her bachelor’s degree in design.

Inspired by a combination of comfort and evolving lifestyle trends, she loves working one on one with clients to unlock the potential in their living spaces. In addition to design, Marcia enjoys dogs, music, fitness, travel, and finding treasures at thrift stores or flea markets.
