Meet The Team

Justine

Justine was born and raised in Olympia, Washington. She has always been passionate about design, as she was inspired at a young age by her Aunt, who is an interior designer. While in school, Justine worked as a design assistant at a firm that specialized in historic remodeling and Northwest craftsman design. Shortly after graduating with her degree in design, she started working at a kitchen and bath design firm where she truly discovered her love for kitchen and bath design.

Justine loves creating a custom design experience with each and every one of her clients. She strives to make each space as functional as it is beautiful, while implementing the clients personal design style into the space. Justine's favorite pastimes are traveling and trying new foods. She's never happier than when she's spending a long weekend on a boat with friends, family, and wine.

Marcia

Marcia is a well-rounded designer by training and had a former career in the women’s apparel business. Her eye for design and color is sharpened by her experience producing women’s apparel lines for retail stores. Her personal moves (7 different cities!) led to an interest in space planning and interiors and a certificate in kitchen and bath design that augments her bachelor’s degree in design.

Inspired by a combination of comfort and evolving lifestyle trends, she loves working one on one with clients to unlock the potential in their living spaces. In addition to design, Marcia enjoys dogs, music, fitness, travel, and finding treasures at thrift stores or flea markets.

BRIDGET

Bridget is a recent Seattle transplant from Indianapolis, Indiana. She began her design career by earning a bachelor’s degree in computer graphics and working for a startup company in Indianapolis. Drawn to the Pacific Northwest and a long-standing passion for interiors, she later moved to Seattle to focus on interior design full time. After completing her certificate in interior design, Bridget joined Justine Marie Designs. She brings curiosity, energy, and an adaptable style to her work.

Prior to her transition into design full time, she was a member of the Seahawks Dancers and proudly retired following the team’s Super Bowl win in 2026. Bridget loves to support the JMD team and help the designers make our clients’ dreams come true; you could call her JMD’s personal cheerleader.
